MIProDefend is a powerful combination of a panic system and a proven, effective defense device. In an event lasting only minutes, this system is designed to save lives and reduce the amount of trauma caused in the case of an active shooter, intruder, or other violent events at home or the workplace.

A canister (resembling a fire extinguisher) filled with pepper gel sits on either a smart base or in a smart case that will immediately alert a pre-determined set of safety contacts and police if it is removed. It will also simultaneously communicate with your security system and alert our monitoring company to ensure you receive immediate back-up and protection. No level of protection is too high when a dangerous threat is present.

How Does MIProDefend Work?

1 ALERT

When the canister is removed from its base, a 108-decibel alarm alerts those nearby of a threat while simultaneously alerting, via texts and emails, your security system and monitoring company, and even designated contacts like family members.

2 NOTIFY

The police and first responders are also instantly notified with important information including the time and location of each activated base so officers can be immediately dispatched to your location. These alerts are automatic and instant so safety protocols and defense can immediately be put into action.

3 DEFEND

The easy-to-use, proven and effective canister of tactical-grade pepper gel provides a critical line of defense while waiting for help to arrive. With a 20+ foot range, it can be used as a last resort against the assailant.
